Ways to use it
Signals belong where your team already works.
The report is one way in. Teams also read these signals in their weekly review, pull them into Claude, or route them straight to the account record in their CRM. Here is what that looks like.

01Into the CRM you already run
Today you hear about the account at renewal. After this, it is on the record the week it happens.
Nobody has to open anything new. When an account crosses a level, Salesforce is where it shows up — a note against the account, or an escalation with an owner’s name on it. You stop finding out from the forecast call.
02Weekly portfolio review
The accounts that moved this week write the agenda.
A report is created every week. Whatever crossed into attention or action is what the group spends its hour on, and the owner walks the signals in front of everybody. Nothing quiet takes up time.
03Work it in a chat
Ask the signals directly, in the words you’d use out loud.
Draft the client update, argue one account, or ask what changed since the last review. The assistant reads the live signals — not a copy somebody pasted into a prompt last month.
